XTRN

XTRN places freelance care professionals with providers in youth care and mental health. A brand and site that finally speak to both.

The question

XTRN serves two very different audiences at once: the freelance care professionals looking for work, and the providers looking for people.

The company had grown fast, and the site no longer matched who it was speaking to, or how the business actually worked, especially when signing up freelancers. How do you visualise XTRN so its audience instantly understands who and what it is?

The approach

I rebuilt the site into a tool that tells the XTRN story from the first glance.

Clear positioning for both audiences, a sign-up flow that fits the real business process, and a visual identity that carries the brand outward. Web design, campaigning and branding, all pulling in the same direction.
